Broad Oak Events have organised golf days for many high profile companies throughout the country at courses around the UK and Europe.

To ensure smooth running on the day, a representative from Broad Oak will attend each day to see that all the arrangements for golf and catering are carried out to the highest standard.

Outlined below are the services that we will provide when arranging your Golf Days...

Confirmed tee times and format of Competition at the Golf Club.

Preparation of details of the day for guests advising them of the date, location, club address and telephone number, type of competitions, and an itinerary.

We will liaise between the club and the client with regard to Lunch/Dinner menus, wine lists, room layout for dining and arrange for cash/credit facilities at bars within the club.

In conjunction with client a list of players, handicaps and tee times will be prepared, and where necessary submitted to the Club prior to the day.

Arrangements will be made for a reception area with a desk for player registration.

Arrangements can be made for guests to have complimentary use of trolleys from the Golf Shop.

Assistance with the packing and distribution of gift bags to guests at registration, and will order course planners in advance from the club, if required.

Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive competitions will be arranged and we will liaise with the club as to the most suitable holes. We will supply and place the markers for the competitions.

Company banners can be arranged to be placed at the first tee.

A starter at the first tee.

On course refreshments can be made available to golfers at a suitable location.

Prepared scorecards to be handed to guests on arrival and collect then after Golf.

The scores will be checked and a winners list prepared.

A leader board can be provided and scores recorded as cards are submitted.

We will assist with the purchase of prizes and trophies and arrange the prize table for the presentation. (prizes to be supplied by the client).

A copy of all the details confirmed with each club will be sent to the client prior to each Golf Day.
