Christmas Party

A member of our staff will be stationed in the venue from 12 noon to welcome guests who are staying overnight on your behalf and answer any questions guests may have.

Upon arrival guests will be presented with a brief itinerary and a thank you letter from the company for attending the event.

Pre dinner drinks will be served to guests in a private area. A close hand magician will mix and mingle with guests.

Following drinks guests are asked to sit for dinner and a table plan can be provided.

A sumptuous 3 course Christmas dinner is served with coffee.

The splendid ballroom will be in festive decoration and tables will also contain party poppers, crackers and streamers.

During dinner there will also be backing music from the disco.

During coffee raffle tickets will be sold and a close hand magician will go from table to table performing tricks.

After dinner the thank you speeches and the drawing of the raffle will take place.

Our Disco will then keep guests rocking until the early hours, our disco comes with its own PA, smoke machine laser and lights show.

Once the bar closes the disco will carry on for a further half hour before guests depart for the evening.
